In this experiential workshop, participants take on the role of a migrant worker in Canada and are led through some of the stages of exploitation many workers experience- recruitment, arrival in Canada and harsh realities of inhumane living and working conditions, among others.
This experiential exercise is meant for anyone interested in learning more about migrant worker issues in Canada.
Our hope is that participants become inspired to reflect upon themselves and demand systemic change.
